Cancellation by Client

50% of the deposit is refundable if cancellation notice is given at least 15 days before departure. Cancellations less than 7 days before departure and no-shows are non-refundable. Transfer to an alternative departure date incurs a US$100 per person fee.

Cancellation by Company

High Spirit Treks reserves the right to cancel any trip at its discretion. In such cases, a full refund will be provided at the current exchange rate.

Trip Alteration or Termination for Reasons Beyond Control

We may alter or cut short itineraries for safety or due to unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be issued in these events.
