The trip price is quoted in US$/EURO/POUND and any other currency. Payment can be made in hard currency at the current published rate against the US$. We accept US$ cash, Travelers Cheque, Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Cash payments will be converted to Nepali rupees at the current rate. A surcharge of 3.5% applies for credit card payments. A 30% deposit is required at booking or no later than 10 days before departure. The balance is due 7 days prior to departure. Please contact us for direct deposit details. Any bank charges are the responsibility of the client. A receipt will be issued upon receipt of funds.

To pay by credit card offline, please submit the following documents via email:

1. Copy of your passport
2. Copy of your credit card (both sides)
3. Authorization letter including the total amount and bank charges
4. Passport-sized photo
